30-days Money Back Scheme

IndNet.Net offers 15-days Free Trial is available to only 2MB and 5-MB Web-host accounts and 30-days Money Back Gurantee to all Web Hosting accounts starting from June 1, 2001. The scheme works like this:
 

1. You must have your own domain name (.com/.net/.org or any Top Level Domain name) registered before you order for a web hosting account with indnet.net. If you do not have your own domain name, you may order one from IndNet.Net (see Domain Registration page), but it's not mandatory. You may register your domain name from anywhere you wish.
2. You cannot place your web hosting order on us from a free email account (like, hotmail, yahoo etc.). If you, your order will be ignored. However, you may place your free email address in the field of Alternate Email Address, so that we can contact you on emergency.
3. Your name, address, phone and fax numbers mentioned in your domain registration records must match with the details you provide us when you order. We have our own methods to check it and we do check before we create any account.
4. We may ask for verifications to all your email addresses we can gather and/or over telephone and fax. All verifications must be replied within 12-hours from the time we ask for it.
5. For security reasons, Telnet access will not be provided to Trial accounts. However, you will be given the FTP access to upload files. You will also get full access to your CGI-BIN folder to run your own perl programs, if you need. You may set different permissions to your scripts using your FTP software like WS_FTP or CuteFTP.
6. To enable your domain name to start pointing to our server, you should be able to change your DNS (Domain Name Server) settings in your domain registration records with your domain registrar according to the DNS names we provide. If you do not know how to change it, your domain registrar should be able to help you. It takes around 24 hours to reflect the change in your DNS.
7. Our web-hosting accounts is not meant to create or design your website or write programs for you. The service is for providing web-space for your website with allied features. We do help if you get stuck somewhere, but if it is something for which we are not responsible, you should be able to do it yourself or hire our services. We should not be blamed for something which we have not offered you. Whatever we offer in our web-hosting services are clearly mentioned in the "Hosting Plans" page.
8. 15-day Trial scheme is available only to new clients, who never hosted with us. However, repeat clients do get 30-days money back guarantee.
9. You should pay for the services immediately on completion of 15-days Trial period, failing which your account will be deleted with no further claims.
10. 15-days free trial and 30-days money-back guarantee will not be valid for any of the reasons below :
  • You fail to update the DNS record with the domain registrar to point to IndNet.Net DNS within the guarantee period.
  • You do not use your virtual server during the first 30 days for any reason whatsoever.
  • You have lack of knowledge about how to use related software (like, FTP, Telnet, Email software, Designing website, CGI/Perl programming etc) to get your website up and running.
  • We delete your website for spamming or doing any illegal activities (including but not limited to adult, pornographic, warez hosting).
  • You use excess amount of traffic than allocated and do not upgrade your account accordingly.
  • You have deviated IndNet.Net Terms & Conditions.
  • Any reason for which IndNet.Net is not directly or indirectly responsible.
